PENDING TIME
Orders placed on weekdays will be shipped within 24 hours. If you placed an order before 11 PM PST on weekdays, your order would be shipped on the same day.
TAXES AND DUTIES
We currently do not charge sale tax and duties at checkout. However, all customs taxes and import duties depend on the policy of the local government and are the responsibility of the customer.
TRACKING
We will send you a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped out. Please ensure that you enter the correct email address upon checkout, otherwise, you may not receive the order and shipping confirmation email.
If you have problems tracking your order or have any inquiry about your tracking status, please contact our support team info@huffmanx.com within 30 days since you receive the shipping confirmation email. We are unable to appeal to the courier after 30 days of the shipment.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDERS
If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it. Please refer to the following instruction:
- Look for a pickup notice left by the courier
- Check with your neighbors, friends and family members living at the same address
- Go to the tracking page and request a proof of delivery which will show the signature of the receiver
We have insurance on every package and we require your signature upon delivery if you choose Expedited and Express Shipping, so we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit, but we will try our best to help you track your package. In cases that your package is delivered to a wrong address or lost in transit, please contact the courier directly to open an investigation.
